It's quite unclear what really happened that led to him needing surgery but popular Nollywood actor Charles Okocha a.k.a Igwe Tupac has confirmed that he did have surgery recently.
In a post on Instagram, the comedian had this to say "Thank God for a successful medical surgery. went for a 5 days Vacay trip to California with ma son and this is where I ended up ma Vacay. We all should all get close to God-Man propose God disposes. tomorrow ain’t promised you never know what next. Am fine now God is the greatest #nunugang,"
This isn't the first time that Charles would have emergency surgery.
Back in 2015, he was hit with a stray bullet and was rushed to the hospital where he had a successful surgery.
From the picture and video he shared on Instagram, it's safe to assume that he is recovering well.
